Every product we sell is intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research, meaning study conducted outside a living organism, such as in test tubes, cell cultures, or analytical instruments. Our products are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, or cosmetics, and they have not been approved or evaluated by the FDA for any use.
No. Products must never be ingested, injected, inhaled, or applied to any person or animal. Any purchase made for non-research use violates our Research Use Terms and will be cancelled.
No. Prometheus Vitality does not provide medical advice, dosing information, or instructions for use in humans or animals. Questions about personal use will not be answered and may result in order cancellation and account closure.
Buyers must be 21 or older and purchasing for lawful laboratory research. We may ask for business or institutional credentials before approving an order or wholesale account, and we may refuse any order we cannot verify.
Yes. Every batch is sent to an independent lab for purity analysis and identity confirmation before it is listed. Results are published as a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for each lot.
Visit our COA Library and match the lot number printed on your vial label. If you can't find your lot, contact us and we'll send it directly.
Store each product according to the conditions listed on its label and Certificate of Analysis. Keep products sealed, labeled, protected from light and heat, and out of reach of unauthorized persons, following standard laboratory safety practices.
Available payment options are shown at checkout. Wholesale accounts can arrange invoicing and bank transfer with their account manager.
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped. Call or text (954) 516-2943 as soon as possible. Once an order ships, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Orders ship from Florida within 1 to 2 business days after payment and verification are complete. Every order includes a tracking number. See our Shipping and Returns policy for delivery options.
Not at this time. We ship to addresses within the United States only, and we may decline shipments to any location where research compounds are restricted.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the package and product, and the lot number on the label. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund once reviewed.
To protect product integrity, all sales are final once an order ships. The only exceptions are damaged, defective, or incorrect orders reported within 48 hours of delivery.
